BMW went the extra mile in all aspects. I was sent a video of the health check being completed on my car to my mobile phone. This video explained everything that had been checked and advised on recommendations which was useful.

I would have liked to have had my car delivered as I live in Essex and had to get on a train to Derby, that said the journey was painless and the collection was enjoyable. Ellenore did pick me up from the station which was appreciated
