Disappointed to be charged £111.00 because my oil level was on the maximum line. Rather than to replace the oil pressure sensor under warranty Stratstone elected to charge me £1111.00 to remove half a litre of oil.

I had an excellent experience with Vanessa at BMW. She was my case handler while my gear transmission issue was being fixed, and she was outstanding from start to finish. Vanessa was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain.

Car was booked in to have diagnostics done. At every stage of the diagnostics I was informed about the findings and clearly given options on how to proceed with repairs and prices were clearly given. As always receptionist was very friendly

All the staff were very polite.especially Craig (the one who dealt with me) with it being my first BMW it was my first experience and it was exceptional, any issues I had were looked at and addressed with and was given a good loaner despite my age
