I booked a brake fluid service and MOT. The MOT was not completed on the day. I was also informed rear brake pads were at 3mm which need replacing as will fail the MoT which I then instructed. I have checked and the MoT failure limit is 1.5mm!!!

The service reception staff and technician were very professional, providing useful, helpful info. The complimentary wash appeared to comprise of windows being wiped with a dirty cloth. Very disappointing

I booked through the website and it kept coming up with Maidstone as my service provider? I bought the car at Derby. I also asked for a valuation on the website. This was not picked up at derby either.

Overall experience is good but lower score because of two points. On the second visit I had to leave the car overnight because the work was not complete on time. Also there was no courtesy car available.
