This is my third M4 in just over 3 years and I find Stratstone BMW in Derby and its a 5hr round trip. The staff go above and beyond not just updating you when the car is ready, but constant updates, plus contacting u after you've bought it etc

The reason I have only given 4 stars is because my car was not washed and cleaned as part of the service that was offered when I made my appointment with BMW. That was quite disappointing

It would have been more but a problem engaging reverse gear wasn't rectified and we were given a'paper copy' of the MOT Certificate. When I telephoned, I was told that they weren't given anymore. However I was then told by you, that was wrong

I can't recall the name of the guy who kept me up to date but he was brilliant. He returned my car to me and collected my courtesy car which was a massive help. I feel he went above and beyond. I was impressed

I was told I'd be called when my car was ready, I wasn't. I phoned the dealership and was told I'd be called back, and apparently the guy was on a 2 hour phone call which meant he couldn't ping a quick email over. Felt I was lied to

Issues with service indicator light still showing after service, informed by service partner that would be sorted remotely but still not resolved. Called your service department again who now advise I need to bring the car in again.

The last service you did for me was some years ago and it cost £1000 but the real issue of losing power when driving you could not detect. I had to take it to another garage (non BMW) who traced the fault to a frayed wire off the engine management,

Just awful, I seemed like a problem as staff just couldn't be bothered. My face didn't fit and I felt very discriminated against, with a comment of 'pay online to save me bringing over the card machine's just about says it all! Very disappointing!

Initial issue was raised in January, 2 weeks after purchasing the car, it was finally resolved in November following months of zero communication, and then faulty fitment of the part which took weeks to resolve

As above messed up the booking. Then gave me a one series that was filthy and covered in dog hair ( pic available if you actually care about following this up ). The car was 'a demonstrator' but I doubt that very much given the condition and spec.
