Disappointed to be charged £111.00 because my oil level was on the maximum line. Rather than to replace the oil pressure sensor under warranty Stratstone elected to charge me £1111.00 to remove half a litre of oil.

My nearly new BMW 223 went in for a day and a half to rectify the off side boot hinge which was catching the boot lining. It also had a broken plastic boot hinge guide. Disappointingly the guide was not replaced. I complained and am still waiting.

Got an appointment for fault disgnosis quicker than the local competition - fault diagnosed, but part not avaible on the day due to weather - fixed as planned on the following Monday - would prefer more personal communication of the repair status
