Great customer service. I was in the garage quite a while during the sale and needed to collect my dog from the groomers. They said fetch him and bring him here. He was made such a fuss of and it was a nice touch. Just a very friendly team

I am pleased with the car , but it has taken me a few weeks to understand the dash board, I think BMW has gone to far with technology, the dash can be dangerous when driving, the older cars were easier to use.

Booked my vehicle with Stratstone for vehicle recall. Did the booking online which was easy .Opted for additional health check and got a complimentary car vacuum done. Couldn't get the work done as the vehicle had engine tuning and manipulated before
