I paid for an air con pressure check and re gas. 100 miles later there's no gas, so there must be a leak, hence I question if a pressure test was completed. The engine management light was on after the work was completed

Craig was really helpful/great. However, again car was not vacuumed or washed eventhough it was onsite for two days for MOT, Service and recall works with money spent amounting to over £2300. This is where the customer experience is let down.

Car was dropped off at requested time, offered drinks and requested if car could be ready for early afternoon. Received a call shortly after 1.00pm to say car was ready. Picked up car cleaned and serviced. All round good service.

Was charged nearly £1000 for my service and wheel alignment on 1st June. On Thursday 11th June my car was telling me it's oil level is overfilled and to contact BMW. I've tried to reset but the fault is still there. Will have now bring it back asap!

Each and every time I end up being asked to wait in a seating area on arrival. Even though I have booked in and you are aware I am coming, I always end up waiting for usually up to 30minutes This is not acceptable.
