Everything went smoothly. I'm a little disappointed that my car does not have the heated steering wheel. I was told it would. I have mentioned this to dealership via email. Everyone was lovely, Govind kept me well informed and the car drives great.

Overall it was great, but not overly impressed that it was found necessary to disconnect my dashcam btw the washing stage and technician report - almost like there's something to hide. To discover it not reconnected afterwards is even worse!

The service work could not be completed due to Motability scheme declining approval which was frustrating. I cannot fault Stratstone as Vanessa kept me up to date and was empathetic and explained the reasons why work had to be approved by Motability.

Solved the issues with my i4 when I had battery and motor issues,gave me a car whilst work was carried out the only issues was the time it took but understand EV's need special conditions to work on EV's so had to wait its turn.

All fine except I was charged for DPF regeneration error check and was told it couldn't be fixed and to drive for a while. But I'd already driven to London and back from Derby and the error still showed. You fixed it in the workshop before.

The initial report was sent from the technician. Then the called me with the same information later that day. Communication was slow to keep me informed of what was happening. I had to call BMW on three occasions to find out when it would be ready.

Good work on car as usual. But communication poor (also as usual unfortunately) when no one called to say car ready. I'm not sure about the automatic key dropping service because you don't get to know who your service representative before you leave.

The one thing that constantly lets you down is communication. answering the phone or calling back is not up to the standard of the rest of the service that you get. if the service desks are busy then management need to put something in place

The customer service has always been very good at Stratstone Derby. Unfortunately they have been unable to rectify the above mentioned rattle/vibrations coming from the doors/windows of my car. I Intend to book the car back in with Stratstone soon.

My first visit back to Stratstone following buying a new car was a catalogue of issues.. 1) I was told I'd have to pay for my first service when booking it in. Despite explaining I had bought the 3 year ***not enough room to write my comments here

Stratstone kept me informed as the fault on my X5 50e took 6 weeks to diagnose and rectify so 5* to Stratstone but the delays it seems were caused by BMW technical and the communication process which added to the delays so 3* to BMW

I initially presented the car for an interior LED fault, the dealership completed a health check and identified fluid loss from a pipe associated with the turbo. I wouldn't of been aware of the fault without their diagnosis which I appreciate.
