The reason for the answer is Stratstone Derby provide us only one key for brand new car as they advised that I can set up digital key, but both keys are needed for setting up digital key.

Great customer service. I was in the garage quite a while during the sale and needed to collect my dog from the groomers. They said fetch him and bring him here. He was made such a fuss of and it was a nice touch. Just a very friendly team

I am pleased with the car , but it has taken me a few weeks to understand the dash board, I think BMW has gone to far with technology, the dash can be dangerous when driving, the older cars were easier to use.

I was disappointed that I needed two new rear tyres for considerable wear on a car that is less than 2 years old which I had had from new from Stratstone Derby in Oct 2023. It is feasible the balance was not right on the car from the outset.

I had to wsit 3 hours for my serbich which i expected and was fine, i was in the showroom for a good part of this time, i would have thought a salesman would have at least spoken to me to see my situation to possibly a new car but no contact at all.

At the handover the Service Assistant was happy to hand over what I considered to be a vehicle in a dangerous condition with what he considered "advisory" issues. Fortunately Matt the Service Manager stepped in and was able to resolve the issue.

I really want to give 5 stars but I booked my car in for a service and boot repair at the beginning of May. When I arrived at BMW I was informed that the boot repair had not been documented and as the service team were busy I had to rebook.

Very well looked after during my service. Venesa Mendelewska absolutely kept me in the loop and negotiated with Cotwolds to try to rectify a problem caused by them. Free curtesy car was supplied throughout the whole process. Excellent service.

Everything was OK until I arrived to pick the car up. I was expecting to be in and out in 5min max but I took 45 min. This isn't the first time that this has happened. When I receive a call telling me the car is ready for collection it should be.

There were oily marks on the armrest, the passenger seat and the drivers door panel. The invoice was omitted from the handover wallet. The dealer doesn't offer a taxi service into town resulting in an additional £10 cost for the local bus service.
