Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Post service valet was disappointing, many areas left dirty when viewed in light of day. Actual service appears to have been completed well, to time and health check results useful.

Misled by the servicing department. 3 weeks to fix a problem that they had been told about. 2 weeks before they even looked at the car. Etc etc And after the head unit was replaced, no diagnostic check run, as a result the system still doesn't work.

Vehicle came in for a major service and a recall which was all done in a day and a valet too. Happy with the service received.

Awful service, they don't contact you, leave you to call in, when you do call in they don't know the facts. When offered a good will gesture that does not materialise it makes it all the more pathetic

front brake wear sensor had to be replaced under warranty. Front wheel paint has been damaged where the air gun has been used to remove/replace wheet studs.

Despite my Brake fluid change being only a month away 01/2020 it was not changed at this service meaning i've got to arrange another service appt within a month. Would it not make sense to see what service items are coming up and tackle them together

Ryan Broad, was excellent. He kept me informed of progress on the day that my car was serviced. However, he was let down by the support team around him. Had to wait 20 minutes for a car that had been booked

Not the most friendly experience on arrival but improved as the day progressed, helpful staff when my car had to stay in overnight and I needed help to get home and back 2 days later

Apart from a delay in having the car ready at the time specified, everything went well. The service personnel were very good and kept me informed with regular updates. Very little fuel in the loan car meant I had to go straight to a garage,a nuisance

My car was ordered on 29/9/19 and eventually arrived 11/12/19 after being told 4-5 weeks. They haven't paid my old car off and they owe me close to £2k. Which they haven't made any effort to pay or even apologise for.

Windows and mirrors didn't work in my new car, BMW centre sorted out very quickly and made sure I wasn't without a car both before my car was delivered and while it was being repaired. Very happy with the service that Chris delivered.
