I've never had any reason to complain with the service offered at the dealership, they have always tried to accommodate my best interests to date.

My car went for service , i reported 2 defects which i was'nt happy with the report back i am still getting the same feedback off the car

I asked for an end of warranty check and MoT, whilst the MoT was fine I am unclear of what was checked and the outcome, I can only assume everything is ok.

BMW Emergency call out was excellent and first class, Stratstone was less than satisfactory. Early contact with Stratstone 'all too much trouble (disinterested)'. could understand I wanted recall and problem fixed in 4 week without car.
I filled this survey in last week. Jane rang me to say she was investigation, over a week later so no response!
Totally happy with the purchase of the car!But yet again they failed to deliver the after service promised. I had refused to use them after the purchase of a previous BMW from them after suffering similar poor service

Service was good, but after driving 5 miles from the garage the engine management warning light came on. I returned the car the next morning (inconvenient to me), apparently a "sensor" was loose after the service.
Louise made sure that everything was sorted prior to my arrival.
There were no courtesy cars available, the problems that were investigated which I was told were fixed are still occurring and my mileage increased by 17 miles and I'm concerned as to why. That said, the ladies who took care of the booking were good.
Prompt service although only one person at the service desk in the morning so had to wait until someone else arrived at work to be seen. I asked to be away quickly on collection and this was very good

I asked about product recall letter they seemed unsure as t details of how to get this done.it was for the isofix brackets and the letter indicates the repair will take 2 hours. Code0041760100.Since this is a safety recall would have expected urgency
No weekend wait appointments available. Recall fix caused a delay in being able to collect my vehicle as planned. Service advisor was very polite and professional.

I bought a car on the 1 St of April and it is still faulty. I have a log of calls with dates and names of staff who have not contacted me when they said they would. Even now I am awaiting a call from service leader assistant .don't suppose I'll get
Staff were very friendly on arrival, there approach to customer services is first class. The report that was sent to me via email ensures no surprises when you return to collect your car.
The service price was almost £150.00 more than advertised on the website. Over £570.00 for an oil change is very expensive. To top it all the oil light is flashing on the car saying there's not enough oil!

The work was carried out on time and the car was washed. I received a video report on the vehicle on my phone and a health check report. I appreciate this system being in place and the extremely good personal attention from the service staff
Vehicle health check carried out during appointment but was surprised that car reported engine oil level at minimum 2 days later.Would expect engine oil level check to be included in the health check.
Took longer than expected
All required work were completed as expected to high standard. The only low point was delay in receiving the service report.
The service was friendly and generally good, however a 5 star has not been awarded as there was a mix up over my car being delivered back through poor communication between Service Advisor and the driver, otherwise it would have been 5

Damage simply and accurately reported when booking the car in about 10 days in advance. Part not in on appointed day: not told until I'd left premises. On second visit car not ready on time: 2 hours overdue on simple repair (replacing headlight).
My 330e initially went in to Stratstone Derby for a day to investigate why there was a problem with the electrical charging control. I had a phone call that day to say they need the car longer and a courtesy car had already been assigned to me.
Work arranged to be done when original appointment was made.not able to be done when arrived and booked in. Tried to charge for checking/rectifying a problem with vibration which has been present since purchased

The Vehicle Health Check report given to me did not relate to my car. The tyre makes and tread depths were incorrect so I guess the brake discs and pads condition were also wrong. I rang the service adviser twice but I received no promised callback.
The only problem I had was getting through on the phone, it was probably down to being busy. Other than that very satisfied.
The gentleman who dealt with me seemed far too busy/under pressure to be able to give me his full attention and I felt a little like I was an inconvenience. Other employees were sat with no one whilst I had to wait whilst he finished phone calls etc
Car was booked in for a service and air conditioning related recall and was left at 7:15 am. When I returned at 5pm the recall work had only just been started.

I booked the car in on condition that I pick it up at 4.00pm. This didn't happen. I have to care for a disabled person and couldn't leave it any later as I had to go back to Nottingham.This was confirmed when I phoned in a few days earlier.
Service was very good but the time taken to have my first service should have been completed by 1pm but the car was not available until 4pm
Car dropped of at 8.30 monday for service mot and back brake pads and ready for pick up 4.00pm. Car not ready when I rang still got to have mot, so arranged to pick up next day. When paying and going through what had been done the brake pads hadn't .
Warranty work not covered in the hands of AA car returned with more faults
Took a long time for the info time system to be booked in to replace and took two visits to rectify. The reception staff were useless and I only got a response from service when I threatened the reception that I would complain

They were supposed to have my car for one day & had it for 3 days! Because they were apparently running behind. It went back yesterday as it still has a rattle...for one day...and yet again you still have my car a day later!!

The assistance was great but the car should not of needed to return to the workshop because of over tightened wheel nuts causing the lokking nut to fail.
Waited 2 hours for a new tyre to be fitted to be told it'll only be 20 minutes when asked how long it'll be. Also damaged the 19" M sport alloy!
I took the car for service on 24/04 & next time I turned on the car the service light had turned to red. I called on 31/04 & was told reset was forgotten & maybe forgot one service but I was told it was done. Staff was polite but not accommodating

Rang 1 month in advance Ask for courtesy car when arrived, there was no car available, apparently there was not one booked. Rang the head office ask them to listen to the call which I made which specifically states I wanted a car.
Car returned in unsafe condition. Offside rear wheel bolts not torque tightened.
I was it happy that map updates are not included in my service plan. The information given at the time was wrong - I was told an update would cost £200 but it's actually £50. I was unhappy with the attitude of one of the service representatives

Told 1 hr at booking for while-u-wait for brake fluid change. After 2.5 hrs informed they had damaged a brake calliper. Wanted to keep car 4 days eventually fixed next day. I had to cancel plans for the next day to be available to collect the car

Steve was really switched on, he understood what I am the type of person that knows what he wants so didn't give me any nonsense. Communication was excellent and even though delivery was delayed, he came in on his day off to do the "big reveal".

After visiting several BMW dealerships, Chris Whitmore gave my wife and I a superb deal. This is our fourth consecutive BMW purchase and feel that Stratstone derby are the most competitive.
Firstly wrong car was sent then had to wait 7 days for correct one to arrive to be told we could pick it up Sunday when it was bank holiday and you were closed .

Procured car that I was aiming for
Love my new 5 series but several promises that were made to me during the sale have been broken. I had to pay £500 which I was told would be refunded within a week and I'm still waiting over a month later. Also promised a phone case for wireless char
Only enquired regarding a car. But the sales rep greeted us as part of the family (several cars previously) and went through everything in as much detail as required. Our contact provided a constant service and made my specification seem bespoke.

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and friendly, without the hard sell. Alex Barr is an asset to your dealership, and made the total purchasing an absolute pleasure. Finance guys (Will + and?) were also very personable and took trouble to explain.
I didn't give one hundred percent as I sometimes find it very difficult to get through on the phone, this a major part of your business and should be a priority just to answer the phone and not leave it continually ringing.

Alexandria was great but the phone answering in the Dealer is the worst answering I have ever, ever known in any car Dealer. It takes on average over 3 minutes for the phone to be answered. When you pay £60k for a car and have a busy job - poor!!
